New clients must DM before booking—appointments without consultation won’t be accepted.

Please read our policy below before you book.

A non-refundable $50 deposit (Zelle: ronisnailstudio@gmail.com) is required for first-time clients and goes towards your service total.
Deposits are transferable if you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.
Limit of 2 reschedules per booking. After that, a new deposit will be required.

There is a 10 minute grace period. Over 10 minutes, a $15 late fee applies if I am still able to see you.
Over 15 minutes late, your appointment may be automatically cancelled.
If no deposit was made, a $50 rebooking fee will apply.

To inquire about weekend availability, please contact me directly—those times are not shown on the public calendar.
Appointments typically last 1 to 2.5 hours. Intricate designs may take 3+ hours.
Pricing is determined by the level of difficulty and time required.
Refills are recommended every 3 weeks. Anything 4+ weeks is charged as a new set.
Please send inspo pics 2-3 days before your appointment. Exact replicas are not always possible. No freestyles.

Cash or Zelle only. $5 discount when paying cash. Tips are Venmo or Cash only.
Please do not put “tip” or “nails” in e-payment memos.
Private 1:1 studio. No guests or children unless arranged prior.
I do not work over other artists' work.
I do not work on nails with severe damage or open wounds.

No Refunds. Please make sure you are satisfied during or immediately after your appointment.
