To provide the most premium and curated experience for every client, please review our standard policy before booking.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required for first-time clients and goes towards your service total.
Deposits are transferable if you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.
Limit of 2 reschedules per booking. After that, a new deposit will be required.

Cancellation & Lateness

There is a 10 minute grace period. Over 10 minutes, a $15 late fee applies if I am still able to see you.
Over 15 minutes late, your appointment may be automatically cancelled.
If no deposit was made, a $50 rebooking fee will apply.

No Shows

Deposit will be forfeited immediately.
To rebook, you must prepay the full service amount (non-refundable).
Clients who no-show more than once will be permanently banned from booking.

Service Info

Appointments typically last 1 to 2.5 hours. Intricate designs may take 3+ hours.
Refills are recommended every 3 weeks. Anything 4+ weeks is charged as a new set.
Please send inspo pics 2-3 days before your appointment so I can prep.
No freestyles. Inspo pics guide the look, but exact replicas are not always possible.

Studio Standards

Cash or Zelle only. Cash is preferred. Tips are Venmo or Cash only.
Private 1:1 studio. No guests or children allowed.
Message me upon arrival as I may still be with a client.
I do not work on nails with severe damage or open wounds.

Refunds

No Refunds. Please make sure you are satisfied during or immediately after your appointment.
